Privacy Policy

Privacy should feel clear, not buried.

Retruva helps providers manage bookings, clients, services, availability, and payments. This policy explains the information involved and how it should be handled.

What Retruva collects

We collect the information needed to create accounts, run booking pages, manage appointments, support payments, and keep the workspace reliable. That may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business profile details, service information, booking details, customer records, availability settings, and messages you choose to send through Retruva.

When payments are enabled, payment information is handled through Stripe. Retruva receives the payment status and related transaction details needed to display bookings, deposits, payouts, and account setup state. We do not design Retruva around collecting more data than the product needs.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service: creating booking pages, showing availability, confirming appointments, helping providers manage customers, supporting team workflows, processing payment-related events, improving reliability, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests.

We also use product and technical information to understand what is working, fix issues, protect accounts, and make Retruva clearer for providers and clients. The point is to make the booking system more useful, not to turn private business data into noise.

How information is shared

Retruva shares information when it is necessary to run the product. For example, a provider may see client booking details, a client may see public provider information, Stripe may process payment-related data, and infrastructure providers may process data so Retruva can operate securely.

We do not sell personal information as a business model. If we ever change how data is used in a meaningful way, the policy should change too, because privacy promises only matter when they stay honest.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and booking information. No online service can promise perfect security, but Retruva should be built around reasonable protection, limited access, and practical data stewardship.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate business records. Providers may update or delete certain workspace information from the product where supported.

Your choices

You can update many account, provider profile, service, availability, and booking details from your workspace. You can also contact Retruva for help with access, correction, deletion, or account-related privacy questions.

Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, billing, dispute, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. We will explain what we can do and what we cannot do when you make a request.
