Clear rules for a calmer booking system.
These terms describe how Retruva is used by providers, teams, and clients when managing booking pages, services, appointments, customers, and payments.
Last updated: June 5, 2026Using Retruva
Retruva gives service businesses tools to create booking pages, manage services, organize availability, track customers, coordinate appointments, and connect payment-supported workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and the way you operate your business through the platform.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access accounts or data that are not yours, upload unlawful content, misrepresent your business, or use Retruva in a way that harms clients, providers, the platform, or the broader booking experience.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for their services, prices, descriptions, availability, policies, appointment outcomes, customer communications, refunds, cancellations, taxes, licenses, insurance, and compliance obligations. Retruva provides software; it does not become the provider of the booked service.
If you collect deposits or payments, your policies should be clear before a client books. A professional booking experience depends on accurate service details, honest availability, and policies that clients can understand before they reserve your time.
Client bookings
Clients use public booking pages to request or confirm appointments with providers. Booking details, availability, cancellation rules, payment requirements, and service expectations are set by the provider. Retruva helps transmit and organize that information.
If there is a dispute about a service, appointment, cancellation, refund, late arrival, or no-show, the provider and client should work together directly unless Retruva is required to assist with platform, payment-status, security, or support information.
Payments and billing
Retruva may offer paid subscriptions, payment features, deposits, and payment-related account setup through third-party processors such as Stripe. Payment processors may have their own terms, verification requirements, fees, timelines, and restrictions.
Subscription pricing, trials, billing periods, cancellation rules, and included features should be presented clearly at signup or checkout. If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Retruva reliable, but software changes. Features may be improved, adjusted, renamed, limited, or removed as the product evolves. We may also suspend access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or prevent harm.
Retruva is provided without a guarantee that every workflow will fit every business. You should review your setup, test your booking page, and make sure your public-facing information matches how you actually operate.
Liability and disputes
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Retruva is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.
These terms are intended to create a practical operating agreement for the product. Before launch, they should be reviewed by counsel and adjusted for the company entity, governing law, dispute process, consumer rules, and payment obligations that apply to Retruva.
